With business booming and the increased demand on resources, resulting at times with an un-manned office, Hydratech needed a more flexible communications solution to meet their professional committed and qualified workforce needs, that would primarily help eradicate missed calls and lost business opportunities along with streamlining business processes.

With the need for a more efficient communications solution, Comm-Tech proposed the Vodafone One Net solution for Hydratech. This converged telephony solution combines desk phones and mobiles together all in one system and provides innovative features that has transformed the way Hydratech communicate as a business.

Pairing workers’ desk phones with their mobiles has ensured that even if they are out of the office, means they have the opportunity to answer a call, resulting in an increase in answered calls and less missed business opportunities. Even if the worker is unable to take the call then the professional single voicemail for both devices provides back up, or a hunt group will seek for the next available worker.
